Poonsti just opened their second outlet at NUS and this spot is such a quiet gem. Nus students… this one is calling your name because the food here is seriously good. We got the Cold Foam Thai Tea which was rich, gao and super fragrant, and the Dirty Hojicha Latte that was creamy and comforting. For bites, the Cheese Fondue Fries were addictive, the Bacon and Egg Crepe was simple yet so delicious, and the star of the show was the Potato Rosti with Pork Katsu. The rosti was fried to perfection with a thick crispy finish, the pork katsu was tender and juicy, and the sauce tied everything together so nicely.
