Oura files lawsuit against Samsung for Galaxy Ring patent infringement

Oura, the Finnish health technology company best known for its smart ring lineup, has filed a complaint with the US International Trade Commission against Samsung and three other companies.

In the filing, Oura alleges that Samsung (Galaxy Ring), Reebok (Reebok Smart Ring), Zepp Health (Amazfit Ring), and Nexxbase (Luna Ring) have infringed on several of its patents covering internal and external components, as well as manufacturing methods.
