AD Finally trying the world-famous Singapore chilli crab!! I’ve been LONGING to try this dish the most in Singapore! I love seafood and I love eating with my hands so I knew this would be a great experience. I met some lovely locals and they all recommended me to try Jumbo. I ordered the whole crab to share between two (around £50 each, S$160 in total for the crab). The sauce is sweet and spicy but not hot-spicy, just more flavoursome than feeling actual heat from the chilis. The sauce is rich and perfect to eat with the steamed dumplings (80p each) which were also on the sweet side. The crab meat is thick and chunky and you’ll leave feeling absolutely satisfied!
