Disney Dreamlight Valley has several shops run by familiar Disney characters. Goofy sells seeds, Scrooge has his furniture and clothing shop, and Remy runs his amazing restaurant where you can cook all kinds of meals.
Now that the game has three DLCs, each one comes with its own world. The good thing is you can unlock these shops there too, so you don’t always have to travel back to the main valley. But to open them, saviors will need to do a few quests first. For Scrooge’s store, you’ll need to complete the Water Tower of Terror quest. Collect Materials to Repair the Water Tower
When the quest starts, go talk to Scrooge. He will tell you he wants to set up a shop in the Wishblossom Ranch world, but before he can do that, he needs your help fixing the Water Tower. The area is not in great shape yet, so he wants to sort that out first.
After your chat, Scrooge will walk you over to the Water Tower’s blueprint. Follow him to move on to the next part of the quest.
To repair the Water Tower of Terror, here are the things you need:
- 5 x Pixie Dust
- 5 x Reclaimed Barn Wood
- 5 x Silver Ore
- 5 x Pebbles
- 3 x Old Braided Rope
How to Get Pixie Dust in Dreamlight Valley
Pixie Dust works a little differently from other items. You won’t get it by fishing, mining, digging, or picking plants. Instead, you’ll notice yellow bushes around the area called Dead Wishblossoms. To collect Pixie Dust, hop on your horse and ride straight through them.
How to Get Reclaimed Barn Wood in Dreamlight Valley
Reclaimed Barn Wood is very simple to collect. It looks like small brick-shaped pieces lying around on the ground. Walk up and pick up five of them, and you are good to go.
How to Get Silver Ores in DDV
Silver Ore comes from mining rock spots in the Wishing Way or Wishblossom Ranch area. It’s a bit rare, so don’t be surprised if it takes a few tries. Bringing a mining partner can help you get some extra drops, though.
How to Get Pebbles in DDV
Pebbles can be found by digging in the Wishing Way or Wishbossom Ranch area. You won’t get them with every dig, but you’ll likely collect enough in a short time.
How to Get Old Braided Rope in DDV
You can get Old Braided Rope by fishing, but there’s a small trick. Don’t aim for the water bubbles. Instead, cast your line in plain water, and that’s where you will reel it in.
Once you’ve gathered everything you need, head back to the Water Tower blueprint and interact with it. After the tower is repaired, talk to Scrooge again. He will be happy and will finally open his shop in the DLC world.
