The greatest illusion of Now You See Me: Now You Don’t was probably convincing the studio to greenlight a third movie in this forgettable series.
In the opening, this trio impersonates the now-disbanded troupe of heist-pulling conjurors known as the Horsemen, redistributing crypto money Robin Hood style.
Soon, they are confronted by Atlas (Jesse Eisenberg), the one Horseman who still has a vested interest in the group. He has been given four plane tickets to Antwerp, Belgium, by The Eye, a secret society of illusionists that takes down villains, and Bosco, June and Charlie are to accompany him.
The real target is Veronika Vanderberg (Rosamund Pike), the unscrupulous South African owner of an organisation that launders money for arms dealers via the diamond business.
