A BMW narrowly missed two pedestrians using a zebra crossing outside Cantonment Primary School on the morning of Nov 6.
This was after the car “grazed” Stomper Philip‘s private-hire vehicle (PHV) while overtaking on the two-way two-lane road at Cantonment Close.
Calling it a hit-and-run, the Stomper has made a police report.
In the dashcam footage he shared, a woman can be seen approaching the PHV and the Stomper stopped to let her board, blocking the BMW from leaving the school pickup-dropoff point.
The BMW driver can be heard scolding the woman, who shouted back: “Just keep quiet.”
