Fretting about your exercise routine as haze conditions continue to deteriorate in Singapore?
With Sport Singapore (SportSG) announcing the closure of outdoor and non-air conditioned ActiveSG facilities on Friday (Oct 16), some of you may have to make adjustments to your usual workouts.
The closures are part of precautionary measures to safeguard the well-being of facility users amid the worsening haze — as hourly PM2.5 readings across Singapore remain in the high-band as of 1pm on Friday.

Some of the suggested activities include yoga, pilates and simple home workouts that require little or no equipment.
Chair squats and wall push-ups, for example, can be done at home without needing much space.
