📍MSCHV 284 Lavender St., Singapore 338802 In my opinion, MSCHV’s @mschv_ fried chicken is the best fried chicken I’ve had in Singapore so far. I loved the salt and sugar brine and marination – really tenderises the chicken just right – soft but still bouncy and juicy. The batter was a thin layer, very crispy and has much more complex flavors than I expected. It was the first time I finished a fried chicken breast in I don’t know how long. The staff at @mschv_ call this the 2nd best fried chicken in SG I find it quite funny ha ⭐️Other Must-Haves: – Mac & MF Cheese – Hamachi Collar with chilli daikon (seasonal) – S.N.V. Fries – Dessert: Miso Apple Crumble with Hazelnut Ice cream (this wasn’t shown in the video but was excellent – loved the miso savoury, fruitiness, and sweet creaminess contrast) – Cocktail: Ah Ma (an chrysanthemum high ball), Guava Mamma, and Apple + Apple brandy highball
