A resident at Block 345 Yishun Ave 11 has had it with his neighbour’s lack of civic-mindedness after five years.
Stomper Kane said his neighbour obstructs the corridor with “untidy plants” and often burns incense there too.
“He anyhow keeps plants along the corridor and purposely arranges them so that other residents will kena scratch,” Kane lamented. “It’s a hindrance to walk.”
The Stomper shared photos of the mess, including a potted plant toppled on the ground, and added: “He does not keep the corridor clean. Is he expecting me to clean for him?
“He also burns incense along the corridor until it’s so smoky, even at 2am.
