🔥 Found this restaurant at Grantral Mall called Port26 by Chuyi Kitchen, and one dish really surprised me! 😍 Their Old School Hor Fun is priced at $18. At first I also thought, wah… $18 for hor fun abit expensive hor 👀 But when it arrived, the portion was huge, ingredients were super generous, and after the first bite… okay, this one really worth the $18! 🤤🔥 Super flavourful and very satisfying. Their Fish Head Steamboat is also very solid — really that kind of old-school style with a comforting, rich broth. If you like traditional fish head steamboat, this one definitely can try! 🍲 Besides the classics, they also have quite a few unique dishes using more premium ingredients, like Iberico Sweet & Sour Pork and Long Beans with Foie Gras 👀 Quite interesting and not something you see everywhere. Overall, nice mix of old-school flavours with some modern premium twists.
