The warm apples gave such a comforting soft texture that balances really well with the delicate floral sweetness from the coconut lychee and strawberry sorbet’s tanginess. We really liked that the sorbet wasn’t too tart as well. You can never go wrong with their waffles which was the perfect base for it.
