Unless you’ve been living under a rock, you might have heard that Apple has finally unveiled its first foldable iPhone. It’s called the iPhone Duo and one of its standout features is support for Apple Pencil. To that end, Apple may have originally planned to have a customised Apple Pencil that would work with its first-ever foldable.
According to Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman, Apple initially designed a smaller, shorter Apple Pencil specifically for the iPhone Duo. The custom-designed Apple Pencil was reportedly intended to attach to the device’s hinge, giving users a convenient way to carry it alongside the foldable iPhone.
