IN MY OPINION- keeping score, playing games, and trying to maintain the upper hand are sure fire ways to not find true love. having high standards ARE NOT about controlling someone else’s behavior. They’re about knowing your relationship standards, dating with intention, recognizing compatibility, setting healthy boundaries, and being willing to walk away when someone isn’t right for you. (Which there’s nothing wrong with, btw) High standards determine who YOU choose. Toxic entitlement determines what you think someone ELSE owes you.
