A 14-year-old boy allegedly behaved inappropriately with a 9-year-old girl in Bukit Batok Central on Aug 28.
A video of a resident confronting the boy was posted on the Instagram account sgfollowsall on Thursday (Sept 3).
The girl’s parent, who shared the video and pictures on Instagram, wrote in the post that her daughter was on the way home from tuition when she was allegedly approached by the teenager.
The boy allegedly asked for her daughter’s name and whether she wanted to “do something fun”.
He then allegedly coaxed her into following him up a staircase at a nearby block, where he allegedly behaved sexually inappropriately and asked her to search for obscene videos on her phone.
The parent added that a resident, who was collecting his parcel, noticed something was amiss between the two and saw that the girl was distressed.
