Building on its seasonal Salted Egg Taro’O, the new version introduces a layer of soft and stretchy mochi alongside creamy taro and savoury salted egg, all wrapped inside the brand’s round flower-shaped puff pastry.


Priced at S$3.80 for one or S$6.80 for two, the festive snack will be available at all Old Chang Kee outlets across Singapore, while stocks last.
Salted Egg, Taro & Mochi Come Together In One Pastry
The Salted Egg Taro Mochi’O is built around four distinct components, with each adding a different flavour or texture to the snack.
At its heart is creamy taro, which brings an earthy sweetness and smooth consistency. This is paired with salted egg, adding a richer savoury note that cuts through the sweetness of the taro.
