Found Melaka-style Malaysian nasi lemak in Singapore and I was NOT prepared for this spread 😭🇲🇾🇸🇬 Made my way to Hougang for this fragrant nasi lemak, loaded with ayam masak merah, rendang, sambal sotong kering, sambal kerang and sambal telur burung 🔥 Rich, spicy, sweet-savoury with a different hit of flavour in every bite. Safe to say… nothing survived..
