When Theodore Kwan’s parents found out he had a high fever, they were prepared for him to miss the examination. But Kwan insisted on trying. After his fever subsided, Kwan’s parents did as he wished and brought him to the exam venue. Kwan also set new national records as the youngest to sit for the Physics and Biology International General Certificate of Education Extended Level (IGCSE) exams.
