A 27-year-old male van driver was arrested for driving under the influence of drugs after a four-vehicle accident in Bukit Panjang on Friday (Aug 14) night.
The incident happened at about 8.55pm along Bukit Panjang Road towards Bukit Panjang Ring Road.
Visuals of the incident circulating on social media show a motorcycle sandwiched between a van and a red saloon car.
The van is seen stopped in a position against the flow of traffic.
