RPC has hired partner Jeremiah Chew as a partner for its Singapore office, where it operates a joint law venture RPC Premier Law, to enhance its intellectual property (IP), technology and competition capabilities in Asia.

He also noted that the expansion of digital platforms and markets has drawn increasing scrutiny from competition regulators. With Chew’s dual strengths in technology and competition law, he would be positioned to guide clients through the regulatory and commercial challenges in this space, said Lobo.
