Singapore Fried Rice Noodles š Today we are cooking the Singapore fried rice noodles in snow. Despite its name, itās actually a dish originated from Hong Kong and has been very popular at the cha chaan teng. šIngredients(for 2 people) Dried Rice Noodles 200g Garlic 2 Cloves Onion a medium-sized one Seasoned/Marinated Seitan 200g King Oyster Mushrooms 3 Bell Pepper 200g Garlic Chives 80g Bean Sprouts 100g Curry Powder 1 tbsp Sweet Soy Sauce 1 tbsp Yellow Curry Paste 1 tbsp Vegan āFiish’ Sauce(check our previous Reel for recipe) or Vegan Oyster Sauce 3 tbsp Warm Water 1 Liter Scallion 1 Stalk Oil šRecipe 1.Soak the rice noodles in water for 15 mins. Drain the water, add curry powder, mix it well with the noodles. Cut garlic and scallion into small pieces, cut the onion, bell pepper, seitan and king oyster mushrooms into thin strips, cut the garlic chives into long pieces. 2.Heat up the wok over medium-high heat, when itās hot enough add oil, add seitan and mushrooms, pan fry until they are slightly brown on the outside, take them out. 3.Add oil again, add onion, stir for 30s, add yellow curry paste, stir for another 30s. Add seitan and mushrooms, add rice noodles and bell pepper, stir for a minute. Add vegan āfiishā sauce/vegan oyster sauce and sweet soy sauce.
