Singaporean Rice Restaurant style ✨ Sauce (Don’t Skip! 😍) ¾ cup mayonnaise ½ cup tomato ketchup 1 tbsp chilli garlic sauce 1 tbsp chilli sauce Salt (to taste) 1 tsp black pepper 2 tbsp fresh cream 👉 Mix everything until smooth and transfer to a sauce bottle. 🍗 Marinate the Chicken (1 Hour) 2 tbsp tomato ketchup 2 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp chilli sauce 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp black pepper Salt (to taste) 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste 👉 Mix well with the chicken and marinate for at least 1 hour. 🥕 You’ll Also Need 2 cups boiled rice ½ packet boiled noodles (tossed with a little oil) 1 cup sliced carrots 1 cup sliced capsicum 1 cup sliced cabbage ½ cup diced onions Chopped spring onion greens ½ cup sliced garlic 2 tbsp julienned ginger 👩🍳 Let’s Cook! ✨ Heat oil and fry the sliced garlic until golden & crispy. Remove and keep aside. ✨ In the same pan (remove excess oil), fry the marinated chicken until fully cooked and the moisture dries up. ✨ In another pan, heat a little oil and sauté the ginger. Add all the vegetables and stir-fry on high heat. Add the boiled noodles, season with salt & pepper, then mix in 2 tbsp soy sauce and 2 tbsp chilli sauce. Don’t overcook the vegetables—they should stay crisp. 🥢 Layering Time ✔️ Spread the boiled rice in a serving dish. ✔️ Drizzle a generous amount of the prepared sauce. ✔️ Sprinkle crispy garlic and spring onions. ✔️ Add the noodles & vegetable mixture. ✔️ Top with the cooked chicken. ✔️ Finish with more crispy garlic, spring onions, and another drizzle of the creamy sauce. 😍 Your restaurant-style Singaporean Rice is ready!
