The Steam Machine has been out for about a month, but despite the eye-watering price, the console-PC hybrid has quite an extensive reservation list. And now Valve has come out with a blog post, saying anyone currently with a reservation list email will be able to buy the Steam Machine by the end of the year.
When the Steam Machine first came out, Valve put up a page allowing people to reserve the Steam Machine. Then, accounts were chosen at random and either placed on a reservation list or a waitlist. It’s not clear how many people signed up for a Steam Machine, but it was apparently enough that it’s going to take Valve the rest of the year to fulfill the orders.
