Known for serving more than seven million bowls of herbal soup across ASEAN, the brand brings its signature wellness-focused dining concept to local diners, alongside an extensive menu of herbal soups, comforting Chinese dishes and several Singapore-exclusive creations.

An Award-Winning Herbal Soup Specialist Arrives in Singapore
Founded in 2009 by two Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioners, Souper Tang has grown into ASEAN’s largest restaurant chain specialising in Chinese herbal cuisine, with more than 17 outlets across the region. The brand’s philosophy revolves around Shan Cuisine, where traditional Chinese herbs are thoughtfully incorporated into everyday meals to create dishes that are both flavourful and nourishing.
Its first Singapore outlet is located at Raffles City Shopping Centre, offering diners an extensive menu that spans herbal soups, wok dishes, noodles, rice, desserts and retail products designed for home preparation.
Fifteen Signature Herbal Soups Under One Roof
At the heart of Souper Tang’s menu is a collection of 15 herbal soups, each brewed with different ingredients and inspired by traditional Chinese wellness practices.
Among the signature offerings is the Souper Tang Signature Soup, a slow-simmered broth featuring whole chicken leg, Panax ginseng, fish maw, dried scallops and shiitake mushrooms, finished with rice wine and chicken essence for a rich, comforting flavour.
