This is one of the most massive burgers I’ve ever had, and it’s at Singapore’s newest craft beer brewery! People People Brewing Co is a concept by Burnt Ends Hospitality Group and with their microbrewery right beside the restaurant, they go “tank to tap” so every beer you have is definitely fresh and delicious! Their food is also spectacular, as expected with their connection to Burnt Ends 🔥 my personal favourites has to be their Blackmores’ Giant Burger ($58) that combines a Wagyu beef patty with short rib, onions rings, cheddar cheese, bbq sauce stacked between potato buns to soak it all up! There’s also the Signature Rotisserie Chicken (Half $30, Whole $58) that comes in lemon thyme, peri peri, jerk or soya, but the skin was addictively crisp with that juicy meat soaking up which ever flavour you go with!
