🎠 The one and only rotating, panoramic private dining in SG 🇸🇬✨ 📍Tong Le Private Dining • 60 Collyer Quay, OUE Tower Here’s what we had: 🥢 Caramelized Barbecued Pork 🥬 Parma Ham with White Pepper Marinated Lettuce Stem 🥟 Crispy Bean Curd Rolls with Porcini & Mixed Vegetables 🥣 Double-boiled Fish Maw & Boneless Chicken in Jasmine Tea Consommé 🦞 Baked Western Australian Lobster with Mild Cheddar, Morel Mushroom & Chinese Sausage 🐷 48-Hour Slow-cooked Hua Diao Pork Belly 🍚 Claypot Foie Gras Fried Jasmine Rice with Saga-gyu 🍓 Strawberry, Lychee & Rose Dessert The standout for me has to be the 48-hour Hua Diao Pork Belly 🐷 Peak tenderness. The seasoning has completely worked its way through the meat, while the aged Hua Diao lends a gentle sweetness and beautiful aroma. And the skin. So soft and gelatinous almost like jelly ❤️🔥 If you’re a regular here, you’ve probably already heard about their standout Claypot Foie Gras Fried Rice. This is one of those dishes that truly lives up to the saying: worth every calorie 😭 It arrives right after the pork belly, and I love how the rich, savoury fried rice balances the slightly sweeter notes of the Hua Diao pork. Packed with fragrant wok hei, buttery foie gras, umami Saga-gyu and those irresistible rice crispy bits sprinkle at your table that add so much texture to every bite. Such a satisfying way to end the course ✨ Save this for your next special occasion… and don’t skip the claypot fried rice 🌾 🫱🏻🫲🏼
