On Jun. 19, Mothership reader Dan purchased a single scoop of “premium coconut ice cream” worth S$2.90 from a pop-up at FairPrice Clarke Quay. However, he was taken aback at the smaller-than-expected portion served. Mothership understands that the promotion was run by an external vendor, and that FairPrice has since reached out to offer him a full refund. The promotion has also been stopped since the incident. #mothershipnews
