Having the luxury to eat in Singapore was so much fun 😭 They’re known for their famous hawkers, which are basically giant food halls with tons of vendors 🤗 When visiting Singapore, it was on my bucketlist to try one of their most famous dishes, the Chili Crab. And let me tell you, it did NOT disappoint 🦀🔥 The crab was an explosion of flavor covered in a thick tomato chili sauce and fluffy eggs 🥚 The garlic, ginger and soy sauce in it blended effortlessly 👌🏼 Don’t forget to dip the super fluffy bread bun inside the sauce. It was truly EXQUISITE 🤯 If you ever have the opportunity to visit Singapore, be sure to try this dish 😍 The one I tried was located at Newton Food Centre.
