The Singapore courts have ordered the seizure of shares belonging to a Malaysian aviation group to enforce a US$14.7 mllion SIAC award in a dispute over a fintech venture – as it emerges that the successful claimants stand to recover “almost nothing” from the award because of their obligations to a third-party funder.
