This couple runs a new hawker stall serving “healthier” laksa! Chinese hawker Kotthika Chia, who goes by his Buddhist name, set up King of Laksa with his wife, Dr Foo Qian Yu, who used to work as a hospital doctor. The duo were health coaches before becoming hawkers, and now whips up their speciality dish with very little oil, and no sugar or MSG!
