Save time and eat healthier with this trick. This is another episode of Meals Under 30 Minutes. Today, we’re making steamed fish on noodles, inspired by the popular Teochew dish. Sauce 1 tbsp light soy sauce 1 tbsp plum sauce ½ tbsp sesame oil ½ tsp sugar 1. Prepare the sauce with light soy sauce, plum sauce, sesame oil, and sugar, then set it aside. 2. Next, plate the kuay teow in a shallow dish. I’m using kuay teow straight out of the packet—you don’t need to loosen them, which saves you even more prep time. 3. Place the fish slices on top of the noodles, then add some ginger and pour 2 tbsp of the sauce mixture over it. 4. Place it in a steamer, pour in chicken broth, and steam over high heat for 10 minutes. 5. Garnish with fried garlic, coriander, and chilies, then serve! #asianfood #easyrecipe #sgfoodie #sghomecook #sghomecooking
