Although the iPhone Air initially sold out within hours in China, it appears to have struggled to sustain momentum in other markets. Similarly, the Galaxy S25 Edge has seen underwhelming sales compared to the rest of the Galaxy S25 lineup, prompting speculation that its successor may be cancelled.

The limited popularity of the iPhone Air likely stems from its value proposition. While positioned as an ultra-thin and lightweight model, the iPhone Air lacks other headline-grabbing features (e.g., triple-camera setup, vapour chamber, and long battery life) to justify its high starting price of S$1,599.
