Fourteen people have been caught in recent enforcement operations targeting illegal cross-border transport services, Senior Minister of State for Transport Sun Xueling said on Monday (25 May), as reported in Channel News Asia.
The Land Transport Authority (LTA) conducted islandwide checks over the past few weeks, including at Changi Airport and Gardens by the Bay. On Monday, LTA and the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority also carried out a joint operation at the Woodlands and Tuas land checkpoints.
