The whole place feels straight out of an old-school Korean drama neon Korean signboards, retro vibes, sizzling pork smoke in the air, loud chatter, soju bottles everywhere with an cozy ambience!💖 What makes them special is that they focus on Naengsam-style BBQ — ultra thin, flash-frozen pork belly grilled over high heat. Instead of thick juicy cuts, this style gives you: -crispy edges -smoky flavour -fast caramelisation -addictive fatty crunch Their Jeju pork is flash-frozen at very low temperatures (blasting at -60°c!) before grilling, which helps keep the meat juicy while giving that crispy texture outside. They even drain excess oil while cooking, so it doesn’t become overly greasy.
