A legal recruiter made the news recently when she warned that companies she worked with were letting go of Singaporeans in favour of hiring workers from overseas – not because they were more skilled but due to the fact they showed a lot more “hunger”.
“That hunger is now irreplaceable.” Shulin Lee said, while featuring as a guest speaker on Channel News Asia’s podcast ‘Deep Dive’.
