This might just be my new favourite spot for that mix of pasta and seafood! L’Amo Bistrò del Mare serves up a delicious Italian menu that’s largely seafood focused, but of course, they absolutely deliver on their other dishes too especially with Chef Daniele Sperindio at the helm! Right from their starters, the Frittura di Mare ($36) is a mix of crispy calamari, prawns and soft shell crabs, all lightly battered and absolutely delicious! Alongside that they’ve got a Polpo al Jasper ($32) giving you a perfectly grilled octopus that was so tender! For pasta, my personal favourite has got to be that combination of braised beef ravioli, butter and sage in the form of their Ravioli Del Plin ($36), or if you’re craving for something rich, get the Tagliolini al Tartufo di Stagione ($78) for perfectly al dente pasta with a generous amount of black truffle! When it comes to mains, a yummy seafood option is their Pescato Del Giorno ($58) serving up their catch of the day which was sea bream, with trout roe and an amazing vermouth sauce! But if you’re craving for beef, the Tagliata di Wagyu alla Griglia ($88) is 250g of Wagyu beef Striploin perfectly grilled and simply delicious! Oh and of course desserts, get your own table side show with their “TI…AMO…SU” ($19) that’s their version of tiramisu put together right in front of you!
