Last December we featured Hachi’s final Winter Menu at the National Gallery. Then we weren’t quite sure if there would be a Spring Menu. Fortunately, they found a new home at Keppel South Central, and we managed to experience their Spring Omakase menu featuring Sansai mountain vegetables, the true heralds of the new season.
