First off the 5 appetisers come out in an epic Japanese Garden style display, with some spectacular dishes like Baby Octopus to Botan Ebi and delicious Spring Bonito! One of the best dishes was definitely the charcoal grilled Omi Beef that was ranked Japan’s Champion Omi Beef in 2024 & 2025!
