SINGAPORE – Motorists should follow traffic laws and maintain lane discipline while using Singapore’s land checkpoints, the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA) said.
This comes as 18 motorists were caught at Woodlands Checkpoint for traffic offences in a recent enforcement operation.
The motorists were caught between April 3 and April 5, when ICA officers stepped up their enforcement at the checkpoint against those who committed traffic offences, cut queues and engaged in “other dangerous road behaviour”, the authority said in a statement on April 10.
