Is this the most epic buffet in Singapore? Probably because I’ve just made reservations for 20 pax after trying Marina Food Hall international seafood buffet. For the price I was so surprised that they did not scrimp on the quality even one bit. You can expect fresh seafood on a massive ice bed: from snow crab legs to crayfish, sashimi and freshly-shucked oysters. I particularly love their prawns that were super sweet, juicy and cooked to the perfect crunchy texture. 🦐🦀 If you are more of a meat stan, you will be impressed by their teppan section which comes with thick and juicy meat cuts in tasty marinade. You can pick out your own meat where the chef will stir-fry to the perfect doneness. 🍖 There’s also other options like hotpot and cooked dishes which were all of high standards. Their grilled meat, especially the char siew, was worth mentioning as it was chewy and had a good charred taste. Prices start at $20.90++ per adult for weekday lunch.
