250kg World War II bomb disposal completed; no impact on airport operations: CAG

The war relic, discovered during construction works at 4.55am on Tuesday, was assessed as unsafe to move by the Singapore Armed Forces’ (SAF) Explosive Ordnance Disposal team.

It had said that it would carry out an on-site disposal of the bomb between 2.30am and 4.30am on Thursday.
