Vivo fans that have been patiently waiting for the return of its flagship X-series devices have some good news to look forward to in the coming weeks and months.
It’s very likely that the Vivo X300 and Vivo X300 Pro are coming to Singapore.
IMDA equipment registry search, Geekbench clues
In the month of October 2025, two Vivo mobile handsets (V2515 and V2514) were added into IMDA’s Equipment Search registry, which is a necessary step for smartphone brands looking to officially sell and support their handsets in Singapore. The registering entity is none other than Vivo’s official Singapore distributor.

These bits strongly hint at the new Vivo phones coming here for retail. However, that doesn’t fully tell us which models they are, unless we cross reference it against other databases.

The model numbers V2515 and V2514 are also found inside a popular smartphone benchmarking app, Geekbench (V2515 results here, V2514 results here). From their data, both pages show the phones pack a prime core in its CPU clocked at 4.21GHz, which is not-so-coincidentally the same prime core clock rate found in the newly announced, flagship-tier MediaTek Dimensity 9500.

The final clue? Vivo scheduled the announcement of its X300 and X300 Pro handsets today (13 October 2025), so it’s likely that these two mysterious phones are the same ones in the IMDA registry.

We already know that Vivo X300 Pro will likely feature a “deeply customised” 200MP telephoto sensor, and that it has an ongoing partnership with ZEISS. This likely sets up the return of Vivo’s true flagship phones to the Singapore market, and in flashy way no less.
A quick recap
The last flagship-lite phone in Singapore by Vivo is the Vivo X200 FE (pictured above), and the last true flagship handset that was officially supported here was the Vivo X80 (review here).
While the brand has been diligently bringing in its midrange V-series (like the Vivo V60) for selfie-first users, others who wanted the best of Vivo were left hanging for quite a few years. It seems like Vivo has finally understood the appetite of Singapore’s high-end phone market and shifted its strategy accordingly.
