In response to Mothership’s queries, the police said that they received a call for assistance at 9:15am on Dec. 25 regarding a case of graffiti at The Salvation Army Praisehaven in Upper Bukit Timah Road. Police added that “offensive words” written with red spray paint were found scribbled on the premises and on properties.
