P Suresh was charged alongside businessman Chua Chin Heng, 56; Chua’s wife Loe Sou Peng, 55; and their son Axl Chua Kai Jun, 27. The incident took place on Dec. 21, and all four were charged in Malaysia’s Magistrate’s Court three days later on Dec. 24. According to Malaysian news outlet The Star, Suresh pleaded guilty to voluntarily causing hurt towards Chua during a brawl at a shopping mall along Jalan Serigala.
