Singapore stocks closed little changed at 4,636.15 on Dec 26 as holiday-thinned trading sapped momentum, with investors reluctant to take fresh positions ahead of the year-end stretch.
The benchmark Straits Times Index (STI) hovered around the flat line for most of the session, reflecting muted risk appetite as regional markets also lacked clear direction. Turnover was light, underscoring the post-Christmas lull.
