This is truly the best Thai food I’ve had in Singapore and dare I say even better than some of the food I’ve had in Bangkok 😗 Un Yang Kor Dai was featured in the Michelin Guide for the past four years and for good reason. Khao soi is such a goated Thai dish but is somehow underrepresented in SG. You guys should totally try UYKD’s version – rich, creamy, aromatic and I loved the quintessential fried noodle strands that added textural variation. Their spicy grilled pork fried rice is also a standout, packed with wokhei and highlighting distinct rice grains. For appetisers, please try their crab cakes!! Ok but the best dish had to be their mango sticky rice 🤌 Even when the mango wasn’t the sweetest, the sticky rice carried – it was so fragrant and not too sweet. 📍 Un Yang Kor Dai Singapore 57 South Bridge Rd, 01-02, Singapore 058688 #sgfoodie #tiktoksg🇸🇬
