
BANGKOK (6 December 2025) – Timor Leste bounced back from their first match defeat in Group A to beat Singapore 3-1 at the Rajamangala Stadium.
Syafiz Abdul Rashid Amir had given Singapore the best of start with the lead after just eleven minutes.

But Timor Leste did not lose composure as Vabio Cannavaro Araujo Santo Spires slammed in the equaliser eight minutes later.
And in a four-minute blitz, Timor Leste scored twice through Anizo Correia (42nd minute) and Olagar Fernando Xavier (45th+1) for their win in the group.
