KPMG dedicates 10,000 hours to mentor Singapore’s youths for future jobs in a green and digital age

Through a strategic partnership with the National Youth Council (NYC), KPMG is contributing to the Mentoring SG movement by launching “Discover. Experience. Enable.” — a large-scale corporate mentoring initiative that connects youths aged 19 to 28 with professionals across multiple sectors. The initiative aims to expose these youths with the human skills that AI cannot replicate — creativity, critical thinking and ethical judgment — all through tailored mentoring opportunities with KPMG’s industry specialists and experts.

As part of the firm’s national commitment to youth development, KPMG professionals will dedicate a targeted 10,000 hours over one calendar year to a well-designed programme of mentoring, job shadowing and learning exchanges — one of the largest private-sector youth mentoring efforts in Singapore to date. This amplifies the national mentoring agenda by NYC and Mentoring SG which places youth engagement at its core.
