‘Terrible’ to see hawker place raw chicken on floor at Boon Keng hawker centre, SFA investigating


A man was disgusted to see a raw chicken being placed on the floor at Upper Boon Keng Market & Food Centre.

Stomper Revathi said he witnessed staff from Al Hikmah Chicken Rice putting the whole chicken on the floor on Nov 12 at 8.32pm.

“The neighbouring stall says they always do this. It’s terrible,” said the Stomper, who did not approach the staff or report it to the Singapore Food Agency (SFA).
