Traditional Steamed Beehoon Recently a new Ngoh Hiang shop opened near our hair salon so we gave it a try. To our surprise they were selling a dish that I havent had in so long – traditional steamed beehoon. The fritters were also fried nicely with fresh oil and fresh ingredients.
