An LRT commuter talking loudly on the phone was allegedly slapped by another passenger on the train and scolded by others.
Stomper Anonymous shared a video of the incident which took place on the Punggol LRT line on Nov 16, but the video doesn’t show the slap.
He told Stomp that the commuter was already talking loudly when he boarded the train. This went on for a “good five minutes”, according to the Stomper.
“The guy in the Adidas shirt went to slap the person on the head for talking loudly on the phone,” recounted the Stomper.
“The person didn’t hit back, but he was initially sitting down and then started yelling. After that, one of the ladies stood up and told the person to stop talking so loudly.
